Math Graphing Poem

Disaster
The bear is restless.
He slowly crawls upwards,
Roaring, growling.
He glows hungrily,
Towering over his victims.
Screams of terror fill his ears,
As he gushes down the mountain.
He spews chunks of rock and lava
Everywhere,
Burning everything
In his path.
Lava rises rapidly in the small village.
The bear is satisfied.
He rolls back
Into the depths of the earth
And sleeps.
Volcano

  1. …It’s a very beautiful poem, if not for the fact that we have to look at it from a reductionist’s point of view and use it for math.
